1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of GrowthLens, including its website-audit tools, YouTube channel-audit tools, reports, recommendations, dashboards, downloadable files, and related services.

By accessing or using GrowthLens, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of GrowthLens

GrowthLens is an analytics and recommendation platform designed to help users review websites, online visibility, content performance, YouTube channels, audience-growth opportunities, and related business signals.

GrowthLens may generate automated scores, observations, forecasts, recommendations, comparisons, and downloadable reports based on available information and user-provided data.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use GrowthLens. If you use GrowthLens on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

4. Accounts and sign-in

Some GrowthLens features may require you to sign in using an account provided by Google or another authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.

You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person, access another user's account, or attempt to bypass account-security measures.

5. Google and YouTube services

GrowthLens may integrate with Google APIs and YouTube services. When you connect a Google or YouTube account, your use of those services remains subject to the applicable Google and YouTube terms and policies.

GrowthLens will request access only to permissions required for the features being provided. You may revoke GrowthLens access through your Google account settings.

GrowthLens does not control Google, YouTube, or other third-party services and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions, or decisions made by those providers.

6. Permitted use

You may use GrowthLens for lawful purposes, including:

• Reviewing websites and online business performance.
• Analysing your own YouTube channel or authorised data.
• Generating reports for legitimate business purposes.
• Evaluating content, visibility, conversion, and audience growth opportunities.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use GrowthLens to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Access private information without the owner's authorisation.
• Attempt to bypass security, authentication, usage limits, or technical restrictions.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or excessive requests.
• Copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or exploit GrowthLens except where expressly permitted by law.
• Use reports or recommendations to mislead, defraud, harass, or harm another person or organisation.

8. User-provided information

You are responsible for information, URLs, channel details, instructions, and other content you submit to GrowthLens. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and process that information.

You must not submit confidential, unlawful, infringing, or unauthorised personal information.

9. Automated analysis and recommendations

GrowthLens uses automated systems, rules, calculations, external data, and artificial-intelligence-assisted processes to produce results. These results may contain errors, omissions, limitations, or outdated information.

GrowthLens recommendations are informational only. You should independently review all findings before making business, financial, marketing, legal, technical, or operational decisions.

10. No guaranteed results

GrowthLens does not guarantee increased traffic, subscribers, revenue, rankings, conversions, views, engagement, monetisation, approval by a third-party platform, or any other particular result.

Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of GrowthLens, including market conditions, platform algorithms, competition, content quality, user execution, and third-party policies.

11. Usage limits and service availability

GrowthLens may apply free-plan limits, paid-plan limits, technical restrictions, rate limits, or fair-use controls. We may change these limits as the service develops.

We aim to keep GrowthLens available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.

12. Intellectual property

GrowthLens, including its software, branding, design, scoring systems, report structures, text, graphics, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you may use reports generated for you for your legitimate personal or business purposes. This does not transfer ownership of the GrowthLens platform or its underlying technology.

13. Third-party content and links

GrowthLens may display, analyse, or link to third-party websites, platforms, videos, services, and information. We do not endorse or control third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, security, or practices.

14. Suspension or termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to GrowthLens if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, created a security risk, misused the service, failed to pay applicable fees, or exposed GrowthLens or another person to legal or operational harm.

You may stop using GrowthLens at any time and may disconnect linked third-party accounts through the applicable provider.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthLens is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that the service will always be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, compatible with every system, or suitable for every purpose.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthLens and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, reputation, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of GrowthLens, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

18. Changes to GrowthLens or these Terms

We may update GrowthLens, its features, pricing, limits, or these Terms. When these Terms are materially updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of GrowthLens after updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms.
